Terms of Service

You're buying email traffic: clicks from my email lists, delivered to a link you provide, at the traffic quality tier you select (Mixed, 100% Tier 1, or 100% USA). You receive the full number of unique clicks you paid for.

• You are responsible for the page you send traffic to — its content, its claims, and its compliance with the law.
• Your link must be live and working when your campaign is scheduled. Test it before you submit it.
• I reserve the right to decline or pause any offer that isn't a fit for my list, is misleading, or is illegal. If I decline before delivery starts, you won't be charged for undelivered traffic — see the refund policy.
• Make-money / biz-opp style offers are what my list responds to. Anything else, ask me first.

Campaigns are scheduled in the order they're paid. Most campaigns start within 24–72 hours of payment, and delivery pace depends on the size of your order. Dates I quote are estimates, not guarantees — list fatigue and volume matter more than speed.

Every order is tracked with my own tracking software, click by click, and you get live access to the numbers. You're encouraged to run your own tracker alongside mine. If the numbers ever disagree, we compare logs and settle it with traffic — the details are in the No-Refund Policy.

I guarantee clicks and their quality — never opt-ins, sales, or revenue. Your results depend on your funnel, your offer, and your follow-up, and those are yours, not mine.

All sales are final once payment is submitted. The full policy — including how disputes and the one exception work — is on the No-Refund Policy page, and it forms part of these terms.

Keep your account login to yourself and your contact email current — that's where receipts, campaign notices, and your tracking link go. You're responsible for orders placed through your account.

If these terms change, the version you accepted at checkout applies to the order you placed. New orders follow the version live at the time.
